This daring duo continues to be patient with my bizarre requests. They let me bounce ideas and strategies off of them. This couple is a great tag team to guide me through the hoops. This week they pushed hard to get trouble fixed on my condo purchase.

The Janzens aren’t just helping me find a property. They are helping me build my business. Add to that; I live in Kentucky and I just unexpectedly pop up when I can-they always make time for me.
Here’s the best part; my purchases are small and I’m kind of demanding, but they treat me like I’m buying million dollar homes. We went from closing to what I hope will be my next acquisition. An unloved gem they found for me. I wasn’t even looking. :) Leslie Whaley

I have purchased, managed and sold numerous properties over the years and I have worked with many different RE Agents, some better than others. When I was looking for a Florida property, I went with Stan & Diana Janzen. With Stan's knowledge of the area, construction, building codes, etc., and Diana's knowledge of real estate (commercial & residential), market trends, etc. - I figured I was getting a "team" that would give me an advantage in finding the right property for the right price. I was right. Stan and Diana exceeded my expectations in all capacities. In fact, they have set the bar so high, I would not buy or sell another Florida property without them. The property I purchased, without a doubt, would not have happened if it wasn't for their aggressive strategies and diligent effort. I feel indebted to them for the time and effort they provided to make this work for my family. If I was able to rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. There are a lot of RE Agents out there, but there are very few like Stan & Diana.
