This daring duo continues to be patient with my bizarre requests. They let me bounce ideas and strategies off of them. This couple is a great tag team to guide me through the hoops. This week they pushed hard to get trouble fixed on my condo purchase.

The Janzens aren’t just helping me find a property. They are helping me build my business. Add to that; I live in Kentucky and I just unexpectedly pop up when I can-they always make time for me.
Here’s the best part; my purchases are small and I’m kind of demanding, but they treat me like I’m buying million dollar homes. We went from closing to what I hope will be my next acquisition. An unloved gem they found for me. I wasn’t even looking. :) Leslie Whaley

I would highly recommend Stan and his wife Diana for the exceptional,high quality service they provided right from the initial welcome till the closing in of my newly found condo. They were Punctual, immediately available to respond to the queries, not only pertaining to the condo, but on a broad range of issues including condo association matters, home insurance, flood protection etc. Stan is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his profession. He and his wife went above and beyond on many occasions to ensure that I received updates on a timely basis. Due to my work commitments, Stan personally took initiative to be present during the home inspection and ensured that the appliances that were defective, like Air-conditioning unit and dishwasher got replaced . Stan is attentive, patient, excellent team member and Iam very impressed with his dedication, professionalism. I highly recommend him and his wife for their outstanding services
